Raymond M. Kempinski, Esq.

Raymond M. Kempinski, Esq. joined the firm of Sadek Bankruptcy Law Offices in January of 2022. Despite being the newest member of the bankruptcy team, Ray brings years of consumer bankruptcy experience to the firm.

Born and raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, Raymond originally studied to be a graphic designer and illustrator. After a diverse career in the arts, he attended law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law to pursue a different career trajectory.

Upon graduation, he worked in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, handling commercial and residential real estate transactions. Soon afterwards, he began to focus his practice area on consumer bankruptcy, helping Philadelphia and surrounding county residents file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, including providing vigorous mortgage foreclosure defense.

In 2011, Raymond opened Coleman & Kempinski, with fellow attorney Kimberly Coleman, concentrating on consumer bankruptcies. This practice eventually transitioned to Kempinski Law, when Ms. Coleman moved back to her home in Kentucky.

After a short period of time working for a foreclosure firm, Raymond has returned to the practice he loves. His varied background, deep-rooted Philadelphia neighborhood ties, and blue-collar work ethic provides a unique foundation that brings his clients a mix of legal experience, compassion, empathy and understanding.
